Terms and conditions:
The cost of a stall is $65.
The stallholder fee includes a supplied table (W:736mm x H:736mm x L:1835mm) and one chair.
If you require a clothing rack, you must supply your own. One standard stall size is 2 x 2. You must fit your items within your allocated position or if you require more room you can purchase another stall.
What can you sell?
Once Cherished is a woman's fashion market that is committed to fashion including jewellery, shoes, handbags and accessories both new & preloved. The items you are selling are not required to be designer label, however must be women's fashion that is of high quality and good condition.
Cheaply manufactured women's fashion does not have great value to be resold, so please reconsider selling these in your stall.
Fashion designer's, nail artists, make- up artists and stylists are also welcome to apply.
There is the opportunity to have stallholders who want to sell food and drinks. Please be advised cost of this stall is $85 and terms and conditions apply.
How do I apply for a stall?
Fill out the application details below after reading all of the information, along with the terms and conditions. Applications will be considered on their content and value to the market, so it’s worth putting in great detail and photo's.
The allocation for your stall has room for one table and two clothing racks. If you require greater space please consider booking two stalls.
By applying and paying for a stall, you agree to the terms and conditions of Once Cherished Fashion Market. The Once Cherished Fashion Market owner will have final say on all activities in the market.
What happens after you've sent us an application?
When Once Cherished Fashion Markets receive your application we will assess and advise, via email, if your application has been accepted. You should receive a reply within 3 days.
Once you have received an approval from the Once Cherished team, a payment will be required to be sent via bank transfer within 5 days of receiving the approval email. If this does not occur your application will be withdrawn and your allocation will be passed onto the next seller on the waiting list.
Cancellations
If you are required to cancel your stall allocation, a fee of 50% of the paid amount will be deducted from the stallholder fee, up to 6 weeks prior to the market. Within 2 weeks of the market there will be no refund for the stallholder fee. A prior approval is required if you are unable to run your stall and request to transfer your allocation to another person.
Insurance and liability
Once Cherished is covered for liability insurance.
Setting up and access on the day
Instructions will be emailed to you as the stallholder 5 days before the market.
The doors for setting up your stall will be opened from 08:30am. You also can't pack up your stall any earlier than 3:00pm. Stallholders will be allocated a position and advised in the instructions.
Clothing racks, coat hangers, mannequins and a float of change for the day are all responsibilities of the stallholder.
Once Cherished is not responsible for any loss or damage to your belongings.
Change Rooms
There are limited change rooms provided, however if you prefer to bring your own please advise the Once Cherished team.
Parking
There is parking available at the venue carpark. All instructions and signs are to be followed and adhered to as Once Cherished is not responsible for any instructions that are not followed.
